Responsible for handling 1st line support queries, logging calls and escalating through the appropriate channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer skills, a logical approach to fault finding and have good accuracy and care whilst relaying and updating information into the call logging system. Good IT skills a necessity as is a good telephone manner.
